The space This charming BNB is a top unit in a multi unit property. The two bedroom, one bathroom private condo has great lighting, is incredibly quiet, and is perfect for a stress free getaway. This stylish and comfortable two bedroom, one bathroom condo has a new trex deck, oversized propane fire pit, grill, and PRIVATE JACUZZI ! The backyard is completely fenced! Continental Brunch Provided! The kitchen is equipped with top of the line black stainless Samsung appliances, & there is also a washer and dryer in unit! This BNB is also ideal for a commuting professional, as it is located 3 minutes from the freeway (805). There is a keypad lock installed on the front door for keyless entry. The host will provide you with specific directions on how to access the BNB the day of check in. The BNB is furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a daybed, with a pull out trundle bed, and bunk beds (2) in the second bedroom. This room sleeps four people! The living room can also sleep another person on a comfy futon, just inquire! The kitchen is equipped with complimentary bottled water (and the fridge as filtered water and ice), k-cups for coffee, plates, cups, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, and grilling utensils for the outdoor grill. The large flat screen TV has access to Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. The restroom is equipped with complimentary shampoo and body wash. The BNB is infant, child, and dog friendly (well behaved pooches only, and must be pre-arranged with the host prior to your stay)! A pack and play and infant swing are available as well!
