The apartment offers approximately 40 square meters of living and dining space with a kitchen and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV. You can even swivel the TV so you can watch it from the bed. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a nearly walk-in shower. Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings. A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room.
