We are in the south of Sardinia and more precisely in the beautiful Santa Margherita di Pula (Cagliari), bathed by the transparent waters of the Sardinian sea. Our Villa is located in an exclusive and prestigious private residential condominium, called "Comunione La Perla Marina". It is one of the most famous beaches on the south coast of Sardinia and is located immediately after the Forte Village, a world-renowned resort. The space Now I will tell you what your home will be like for the entire relaxing period that you will want to enjoy our hospitality. I want to tell you that you will be on the sea, because our villa is located right in the front row, on the beautiful beach of Santa Margherita di Pula. This will be a great convenience for you, because when you leave the gate of the property, you will only need a few steps to put your feet on the clear, soft and fine sand that characterizes the beach. The sea has shallow waters and the blue color blends with shades of emerald green. You can admire it and hear the sweet sound of the undertow, even from the property. The villa is enclosed in a large and well-kept garden of about 1,000 square meters of green lawn, Mediterranean scrub and pine forest, where you can park your cars in the dedicated area. You will also find: • ⇥ an outdoor shower with hot water for when you return from the sea; • a useful barbecue to better enjoy your roasts in the company of your friends and/or family; • a large gazebo with a summer lounge, table and chairs for outdoor dining; • solarium area with comfortable and sturdy sun loungers. The house is about 150 square meters and is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining area, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven and other useful accessories, 2 bathrooms (one with a washing machine) and 2 double bedrooms, one of which is generously sized. Upon request, the smaller room can be set up with 2 single beds. On the first floor, there are 2 more double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning. IMPORTANT The villa has been completely renovated with high-quality materials. End of works May 2024.
