Rustic Adirondack Cabin

Our cabin is the perfect little place to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet along with the beauty of the Adirondacks. The cabin is located on a babbling brook which can be enjoyed by its sounds while laying in (2) hammocks that will be available during your stay. Our property is spacious and located only minutes from Lake Champlain along with thousands of acres of State land with marked trails for hiking. Plenty of Parking for two vehicles and a short walk of approx. 50 yards to the cabin. The space Cabin is off grid and is equipped with two propane lights. Cabin does have a small propane heater that owner can light the pilot upon request. If conditions are obviously cold we will have it lit prior to your arrival. There is a indoor composting toilet. Cabin has a small indoor two burner propane stove. There is a propane lantern available in the cabin for use so remember to bring extra propane cylinders if you think your going to use it inside or outside. There also is a small propane stove outside in the kitchen that requires the 1lb. cylinders that we do not supply. There is a small propane grill outside that will be provided with propane. Cupboard folds down into a small table and there are two stools. NEWLY ADDED FOR 2024 We recently added a nature trail around our property line which consists of about 12 acres. The trail consists of views of the brook, then up a challenging little hill where it then flattens out into some beautiful hardwood. You will experience climbing over some trees and maneuvering through some thick cover of the Adirondacks. Trail is very well marked. You can access the trail by a homemade cable tram/ seat or a quick walk across the brook for all to enjoy. We will be adding a certain amount of various items along the trail to see who can find them along there way. THERE IS NO RUNNING/DRINKING WATER YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING Other things to note Please remember to bring cash for firewood. We charge $15 per square.
