Montbard TGV station is 1 hour from Paris Gare de Lyon and 35 minutes from Dijon. The A6 N 23 highway exit, Bierre-les-Semur is only 24 kilometers from the accommodation. All shops are within walking distance. The Amphitrite de Montbard aquatic center will welcome you throughout the year. The Burgundy Canal is less than 400 meters from the property, where you can go for bike rides or hikes. Discover Burgundy and visit nearby, Fontenay Abbey, Bussy-Rabutin Castle, Vercingétorix Museum-Park, the tourist village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Vezelay Basilica, the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the forges of Buffon, etc... The gastronomic city of Dijon is 35 minutes by train and within walking distance from Dijon train station. The fiber connection and its location make it an ideal place for remote work.
