Take a dip in the pristine lake anytime. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, bird watching, swimming and sunning on the lake and its beautiful beach. Hike, bike, explore forest trails and brooks. Zen out! The space The Singing Loon is located on a large corner lot facing the lake. There are 2 separate homes on this lot. The cute cottage (The Singing Loon) which is the airbnb where you will be staying and a larger gray house which is our family home. Enter the Singing Loon through the front deck with full lake view. You are greeted by the great room which has a lovely living area, dining area, leading to a well equipped compact kitchen. A spacious bedroom with brand new queen bed and premium furnishings and plenty of charging ports throughout for your tech needs. The boat launch is literally right across our lawn. This is a place for people looking for a peaceful relaxation in nature. **Strictly no parties of any kind whether day events or overnight**Only the number of guests approved on booking permitted. Guest access Guests have access to outdoor area with the picnic table and garden with lake view. They also have access to the public boat launch. There is a lovely wooded area with a gazebo and bbq grills adjacent to the airbnb which is open access. This lake also has a golden sandy beach with public access just a few steps away. Other things to note Guest parking has been clearly marked though the Camp Farwell entrance. **ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 1 CAR PARKING** **This property is not designed for any parties or group hangouts at any time** This is our home and we ask that you respect this policy at all times, including strictly only the approved number of guests on reservation. Please take trash with you. Our property has been awarded "Lakewise" award by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation for taking care of our property with ecologically friendly practices. The area is a pristine ecologically sensitive environment, please help keep it as you found it.
