The Chalé da Serra is a unique space that has a modern and rustic design, with a beautiful landscape perfect for barbecues with friends and family! And for your convenience, the Girassol cottage has air-conditioning, water heating in the faucets, and a deck with a breathtaking landscape. We have a swimming pool and barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen. Tables with umbrellas and chairs on the decks that make up the space! WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! The space The Serra chalets were built in a privileged Cascata location, offering a breathtaking view of the Serra. And also an unparalleled architecture, bringing interactivity and comfort at the same time. Guest access Leisure areas (swimming pool and kitchen), decks with tables and umbrellas and two barbecue areas, for the guest to choose where they prefer to have their barbecue! The leisure area is COMMON to the guests of the two chalets! We are also PET FRIENDLY! Garage for two cars. Other things to note Guests can stroll around the village, getting to know various points of Cascata, such as the Fumaça Waterfall, the Macaé River, with river beaches on its bank, good and calm water for diving. There's the tributary river further up, too. I always leave tips for all of this! There's the inn bar, the snack bar and the grocery store. Everyone serves snacks and appetizers! Note: We have cameras that film the garage and the common hallway to enter the cottages. WE ARE pet FRIENDS. And being in a village in the midst of nature there may be a power outage sporadically, knowing this we leave solar energy rechargeable lamps and a large thermal box, and we tell you where it sells ice in the vicinity. We do not refund because of such weather events that are beyond our control. NOTE: As the pool is of river water, sometimes it can happen to be a little cloudy even though it is treated, depending on the time and conditions of the river. NOTE: The outside area of the chalet is shared with the other chalet. In case of 4 guests in the cottage, the fourth guest sleeps on a mattress. Note: The cottages do not have bed and bath linens.
