We are conveniently located on the quieter end of Seaside on Ave U. We are steps away from the beach & right on Seaside's famous Promenade. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. We are a 10-15 minute walk up the prom to downtown or a 3 minute car ride. The space This room type is available on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors. There will a queen bed in each bedroom. The primary bedroom will have sliding glass door with access to the patio or balcony. The second bedroom will look out onto the parking lot & corridor. You will have a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace, a dining area with seating for four. Your kitchen will have a 4-burner cooktop, convection microwave, Keurig, toaster & the basic utensils to cook with. There will be cups, glasses, plates, bowls & silverware for your use as well. Other things to note If you bring a furry friend or if your family is in need, we have a foot washing station on the first floor next to the ice machine (as well as a nearby hose) to help keep the sand out of our tubs & rooms.
