Extra bedsheets & pair of clean towels & a reliable WiFi connection. A spacious kitchen with gas stove and utensils along with oil, salt and pepper. A balcony, netted doors and shaft for ample ventilation. Daily cleaning available for longer stays at nominal charge. Do not hesitate if you require anything during your stay. Guest access The flat listed is exclusive to the guest. You can also relax on the terrace whenever you like. Terrace can also be used for drying clothes and BBQ. Other things to note Washrooms will be cleaned once a week for longer stays (more than 7 days) at no extra cost or Earlier, when needed, at nominal cost. Towels and Bedsheets (extra bedsheets provided in case you want to change them yourself) will be changed once a week for longer stays or Earlier on demand. Daily cleaning at nominal cost (~ 3000 INR/month including dish washing) for stays equal to a month or more. Laundry service available. Daily cleaning for shorter stays, if needed, at nominal rates.
