Comfortable accommodations with blackout curtains for a restful sleep, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge for quick meals, and fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Your crew will have a king bed AND a queen bed to stretch out on. All linens (including the comforters!) get washed between every guest. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. These rules are strictly enforced. My private residence is the back of the house. There is no shared space. The space You will have a large bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and spacious kitchenette with a private keypad entry. Your space has a split unit for custom climate control. Guest access The Base Camp Guesthouse is the front part of my personal residence that's been renovated to accommodate travelers in Ashland, Kansas. There is NO shared space. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property to ensure the comfort of guests who appreciate these features. Other things to note To keep the space allergy friendly for future guests and the owner, pets are not allowed on the property. Street parking is available in front of the house. No need to haul water bottles! Your kitchenette has an RO faucet (filtered water) built in.
