Serendipity Lodge is one of those homes that feels instantly welcoming. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and bright, open-plan living, it’s made for groups who want comfort and simplicity. Afternoons roll by easily, from barbecues on the deck to a soak in the hot tub (bubbles deserve bubbly). Then evenings settle into long catch-ups, films or a quiet drink on the balcony. The space Serendipity sleeps eight across four bedrooms, with four bathrooms for an easy, well-set-up stay. There are two bedrooms with their own lake-view balcony, and the entire downstairs is open-plan, bright and flexible for group living. The lounge is designed for long catch-ups, with a Smart TV, Sky, and fast Wi-Fi, and there’s a utility room with a washer and dryer for longer stays. Outside, an enclosed lakefront deck provides space to gather, with a private hot tub, a charcoal BBQ, and a dining area overlooking the water. Kayaks and a paddleboard are included for heading out on the lake whenever the mood strikes, and table football inside guarantees at least one competitive evening. Serendipity is dog-friendly and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. Guest access You’ll have full use of the lodge, including the enclosed lakefront deck, private hot tub, outdoor dining area and BBQ. The deck offers direct access to the water for kayaking, paddling and relaxed swims. Private parking for up to four cars is right outside the property, along with an EV charger for convenient top-ups during your stay. The lodge sits within the secure, gated Waters Edge estate - a calm, design-led setting with everything you need for an easy, relaxed break. Other things to note We’re dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs (a third may be possible on request). A high chair and travel cot are already at the property and ready to use at no extra cost, so there’s no need to request them in advance. We can also help with light decoration touches for birthdays, proposals or other occasions. Open-water swimming is permitted directly from the deck and is one of the highlights of staying here. Swimming is at guests’ own risk and requires a waiver before arrival. Paddleboard hire is available, and with easy lake access, it’s perfect for slow mornings on the water or sunset paddles. The lodge sits within the private, gated Waters Edge estate - a peaceful place designed for relaxed breaks rather than large or noisy gatherings.
