The space With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious and airy while remaining cozy, offering a wonderful place to relax. There are two sleeping options: a comfortable double bed on the upper level and a sofa bed on the lower level, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, sink, toilet, and a washer-dryer. The terrace provides a peaceful spot where you can enjoy your morning coffee, drinks, or meals. A free private garage parking space is included with your stay. Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 2.1 m, and vehicles powered by LPG are not permitted in the garage. Other things to note Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night. Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlarská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Mesto, Prague 1). It is open NON-STOP. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows: - 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR - 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR - 00:00 - 01:00: 50 EUR. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. Please respect our apartment and neighbors.
