The space Located at Holland Park Condominiums 5th floor Cluster 4 Building, it’s a 23.5sqm cozy, comfy, self designed studio unit with a chill hangout place kinda feels with a lot of features. We made sure our lightings are warm for your eyes to relax while you stay. Amenities inside our unit includes: A kitchenette with microwave, induction cooker, airfryer, water dispenser, rice cooker, water heater, mid sized fridge, cooking/glass/silverwares, hand/dish soap, and a restaurant vibe dining area is available so that you can eat with style! We made sure two guests can sleep comfortably on our full sized bed with an elevated smart tv stand so you can watch like you’re in the cinemas! A wardrobe cabinet with clothes hangers are also provided for storage and a portable iron for your quick wrinkle fix! -A foldable sofabed is also an option to sleep. Of course we’ll provide a warm, comfy, microfiber blanket for maximum comfort! Our bathroom is equipped with a water heater, and a smart led mirror with an led lighting and defogger feature. We will also give each of our guest a shower towel, and a complimentary bath soap and shampoo w/ conditioner, and 1 tissue roll per stay. -An additional shower towel and hotel kits are provided to the third guest. Additional condominium amenities includes: - Full Sized Swimming Pool (a fee of P200 is required for pool access. Kindly proceed to the Admin Office for payment.) (Closed on Tuesdays for cleaning.) -Gym -Playground -Two nearby parking lots ( back and front.) Guest access Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio unit and all it’s amenities. Additionally, you are welcome to use the building’s common facilities, including: -Gym -Playground -Two nearby Parking Lots ( back and front.) -Sun Loungers - Full Sized Swimming Pool (a fee of P200 is required for pool access. Kindly proceed to the Admin Office for payment.) (Closed on Tuesdays for cleaning.) Other things to note Check in time: 2pm Check out time the next day: 11am A fee of ₱200 is required for swimming pool access per guest. Kindly proceed to the Administration Office for payment before pool use. •The pool pass is good for 1 whole day access (6:00AM to 10:00PM). •They only accept Gcash or bank transfer. P150/hr extension fee after 11am. (Depends on our unit’s availability.) Children from ages 0-9 are free to stay, but parents should provide a valid birth certificate. Ages 10 and older are required to pay the third guest fee. Cleaning and changing your bedsheets, pillow cover, shower towels, and comforter during your stay is available for only P450 from 10am to 5pm only whenever time slot you're available. Guests should be away while cleaning and all valuables should be brought. Free (1) day cleaning and changing for guests staying at least a week (7 nights). For Pool and Gym use. Go to the front desk located at Cluster 1 building. If none, Go to the management office located at the same building (press M at the elevator). And ask for a pool/gym use form to pay and to write down your details and hours of use. Pool Hours: 6am to 10pm *Closed every Tuesdays for cleaning. *The pool would also sometimes close besides tuesday due to emergencies, etc. but on rare occasions. Office Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm Sat: 8:30am to 12:30pm Sun: Close *Office & Pool hours/availability might change during holidays. -Collection of garbages is everyday at 8am. Cleaning is not mandatory but is very much appreciated. -Smoking is strongly prohibited inside the unit but we can't control other unit owners from using it in their bathrooms. We suggest just leaving the exhaust fan open. -Only simple cooking is allowed to minimize smoke build up inside the unit. We strongly suggest to open the windows and also turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. -All damages to property will be charged to the guests. -Visitors staying in the room beyond 12 midnight will be charged an extra ₱1,000 per person/night.
