Bright & quirky, studio room in a fabulous spot to enjoy the Ryde vibe, just yards from the seafront. Close to the heart of everything, including the Fastcat, Hover, bus & train terminals making exploring the Island, without a car easy. A five-minute walk into town, you'll find an array of bars, restaurants, cafes, and unique independent shops. The esplanade and marina are just yards away, catch a fab sunset, a drink in the harbour bar, or a lovely walk to Appley and Seaview. The space A spacious room on the ground floor. You'll find a double bed, dressing table with a hairdryer, hanging rail, sofa, and bistro table with 2 chairs. There's a kitchenette area, with kettle, toaster, and undercounter fridge/freezer, so there's always ice for your tipple of choice. We provide coffee, tea, a variety of hot drinks and some welcome treats. Ensuite shower room, with walk-in rainfall shower, toilet & sink. The studio's attached to our semi-detached home and is located at the rear of the property. It has its own entrance, accessed from the side of the house. There is a connecting door into our main hallway from the studio, but this is kept locked at all times. Guest access The studio is located at the rear of our home, guests have their own private entrance, with a key lock. Other things to note Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or can accommodate two friends, a sofa bed option is available on request. Maximum of two guests, sorry, we can't allow pets, not suitable for infants, or small children. Parking, there is on-road parking on the opposite side of the road, please note this is restricted during the day to 2 hours maximum stay, but between the hours of 6pm through to 10am the following morning, restrictions are lifted, to allow overnight parking free of charge. There is also a car park at the bottom of the road, about 200 yards, with plenty of spaces, charges will apply. We are very central, just a five-minute walk to town and the bus & train stations and the hover and fast cat terminals. Making it the ideal location for a car-free getaway.
