Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Central and quiet, two minutes to the grocery store, ten minutes to the subway, five minutes to the bus and airport bus, one minute to the forest and beautiful outdoor areas all year round. In summer it is green and lush with birdsong. In winter, the outdoor area is a popular sledding hill. Short distance to downhill slopes and cross-country trails. Nothing fancy, but everything you need, and there is a lot of peace and comfort in the walls here. Charging for electric car. Free parking. Animals are welcome. The space The apartment is appx 58 m2 and has a tiny hallway, an open kitchen and livingroom, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, and the kid’s bedroom has a bunk bed that is custom made and is therefore only 180cm long and 70cm wide. In the livingroom, there’s a daybed that makes a comfortable bed too. My place is older, and the kitchen has older cabinets that in time will be upgraded. The apartment will eventually be painted again too, but for now anyone staying here will have to enjoy older and cozy over new and modern. I hire professional cleaners between all stays. What you see in the photos is what you get, the photos are mobile photos without any editing. So there’s some paint peeling off the bathroom walls, and the main bedroom. And there’s paint missing in the doorway to the main bedroom as there’s a kids swing there that has left it’s mark of many hours of laughter and also missing paint. So, please don’t book if you’re after a top modern hotel; then you’re better off booking a top modern hotel :) Guest access Guests will get further instructions to check-in when booked and closer to arrival.
