Kick back and relax at The Green Bean Bungalow (400 sq ft) with peaceful waterfront views of Back Bay Sandbridge. This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. We are a part of the Surfside RV Resort in Sandbridge. You’ll be foot steps away from family fun and relaxation! *Please read all info below The space This new 400 sq ft. Tiny home was built in 2023 and hosts 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full sofa bed, 1 full bathroom, and new kitchen and appliances such as washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There is a deck with outdoor dining for 6 people to enjoy dinner with a sunset view. Chair cushions and life jackets are available. **THIS PROPERTY IS ON THE WATER** Guest access Surfside Sandbridge Resort is a gated community so initial access onto the property will be remote access then once inside the home, you will have a car pass to enter freely during your stay. You are able to access all of Surfside Resorts many amenities including: pools (seasonal), tennis court, basketball court, boat ramp, and laundry units. *Please note: some of these amenities are seasonal. Off season is considered September-April. On the bungalow property, you may access the dock (with paddleboard), outdoor space, indoor living, and private driveway. Other things to note POWER: Unlike a normal house, tiny homes have less voltage so you may find a glitch if you power too many appliances at the same time HOT WATER TANK: The hot water tank is much smaller than in a normal home so please consider this when taking showers, running the dishwasher, and running the washer machine. BUGS: Back Bay is part of a Wildlife Refuge & Sanctuary. We routinely spray for bugs using a natural repellant as to not disturb the natural ecosystem. Bugs are usually controlled but sometimes after a rainstorm they tend to pop up again. SURFING: After September 30, you can surf anywhere, anytime! Enjoy those autumn swells with no restrictions.
