Single story oasis, Happy Valley

Enjoy relaxation and scenic views both inside and outside our single story home located in the Kaywood North development of Boalsburg. Minutes away from downtown Boalsburg, enjoy all that downtown has to offer with its shops, restaurants, and bars. You’re only a 10 minute drive from Penn State campus and Beaver Stadium, let’s go state! We do have a dog and a cat who live with our family. Our cat will remain in the home but will be in the basement for the duration of your stay. The space Enjoy the open floor concept first floor living within our home! The panoramic views of mount nittany from the dining and living room will make you forget you're in a neighborhood! Guest access You will have access to our entire house during your stay! Feel free to use our washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and accessories, while you relax with your family and friends.
