Large, lovely garden at the end of a cul-de-sac. 5 min walking distance to Lillesand city center with shops, restaurants, bathing places etc. Three terraces with jacuzzi, barbecue, dining areas, lounge furniture. Two car parking spaces outside the gate. Large well-equipped kitchen. Dining area for 8 people in the living room and sofa corner with TV. Two bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. Laundry room with washing machine available. Four bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 8 beds. The space The house is located in a cul-de-sac, only a few minutes walk to the cozy Lillesand city center. Large, lush garden with space for outdoor activities for all ages. Croquet and badminton available. Several terraces for use. Jacuzzi on the terrace. Large kitchen with appliances including ice maker and coffee machine. Dining area, sofa and TV in the living room with fireplace and heat pump. Laundry room with cleaning supplies. Bathroom with shower on both floors. On the 2nd floor there are a total of four bedrooms with two beds in each room. Bed linen and one large and one small towel per person are included. Library with books for all ages as well as various board games. The place is perfect as a lovely holiday destination in itself but also as a starting point for sea and beach life, nice hiking terrain, short drive to Kristiansand and Dyreparken or Grimstad. Easy to take the bus there too (no. 100) that runs the route Kristiansand-Arendal. Lots of nice activities in Lillesand during the summer and several good restaurants in the harbor. Boat out to Skauerøya and Saltholmen in high season. Or rent a small boat and experience beautiful Blindleia. Guest access The entire place Other things to note Stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep and all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, the house is therefore not suitable for disabled people.
