Atypical wooden house by the sea

I accommodate in my presence 4 people max in my Atypical 🏡 Wood 70 m2, warm & bright: pellet stove & 100 m2 wooden terrace. Enclosed land. -1 closed bedroom + 2nd sleeping area in adjoining room = sleeps 3 - indoor & outdoor parking - Dog: prior discussions required. -15 min to 🚴 beaches🏖️🌅🏄, 5 min to🚙. - Surf school nearby. -5 min to🚶 the village-all amenities, Pumptrack & Playground - close to Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon: Beaches🏖️ & Thalassos 💦 The space The house is made of wood, made with the heart & healthy materials – ecological trend. It faces south, with light from the morning from the east, and until the evening from the west on the terrace that surrounds it. The panelled floor gives you the impression of a cocoon. Upstairs there is 1 closed bedroom, with a double bed (140/190) and the possibility to put a baby crib in this bedroom. The room adjoining the bedroom is open to the staircase and offers another sleeping area with a double bed (160/200); there is also a sofa bed for the TV area; the beds in this room open to the staircase are separated by curtains. In summer the entire house can be rented for a minimum of a week and a maximum of 2 months In conclusion: there are 2 double beds +/- a sofa bed And there's a second toilet with sink upstairs. For my part, I sleep on the ground floor in your presence, unless I host another traveler and you travel alone where I can also sleep upstairs, but you will have the room to yourself if you book first. Guest access You have free parking in front of the house and inside as well. Car access is easy. The train comes to Auray, then the bus can drop you off 2 steps away. and In summer, the train with the "Corkscrew" drops you off at Plouharnel station, which is also a stone's throw from the house. Use the microwave cover and clean it after use if dirty. Use the large casserole dish in the oven to roast. Clean the oven after use if dirty. Do not use the sofas as a bed, unless previously planned together. You are not allowed to take linens, sheets and towels if not scheduled together. Notify me of any problems rather than trying to manage them yourself. Your pet is not allowed to climb on the sofas, unless great precautions are taken. Some simple instructions at checkout: It's up to you not to leave any dog hair if your pet accompanies you. Throw away any food scraps in garbage bags, and place them in the outside garbage can. Here, sorting waste is a guarantee of respect for the environment, composting is a must.
