There is access to multiple community pools, parks, lake, and a community fireplace. Mini-Fridge, microwave, & Smart TV. Please keep in mind this unit has no laundry facilities and no kitchen. Studio style room/bathroom/entry that is 180 total square feet including the bathroom. Guest access Access to the casita from the street. Private entrance.
