There is access to multiple community pools, parks, lake, and a community fireplace. Mini-Fridge, microwave, & Smart TV. Please keep in mind this unit has no laundry facilities and no kitchen. Studio style room/bathroom/entry that is 180 total square feet including the bathroom. Guest access Access to the casita from the street. Private entrance. Also, access to community pools, fireplace, park, splash pad, bocce ball court. Community Pool hours are: 6am-8pm.
