Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures.
