We can't wait to host you at this fully air conditioned two bedroom, two story terrace house in the heart of Fitzroy. Set up to impress, you will love the vibe as soon as your walk in the door. We have two stunning bedrooms, one on each level. Bedroom one, downstairs with King bed, reverse cycle air conditioning for heat in the winter and cooling in the summer. Two closets for clothing storage Bedroom two, upstairs has a Queen bed and built in closet (reverse cycle air conditioning) There is a portacot, change table and highchair if you require them. The fully equipped kitchen is gorgeous and includes all you need to cook up a storm plus the essential Nespresso coffee machine for that first coffee before visiting the nearby cafes for breakfast. There is also a soda stream and Nutri bullet. Reverse cycle air conditioning for heat in winter and cool in summer. The living area is light and bright with incredible sky lights, dining table for up to six people. Smart TV and decorative fireplace. (Sorry we want it to stay looking incredible so it's not for use) We have heating and cooling in this room to ensure your comfort. Leading out from the living area you will find the beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, stunning vanity and hidden washing machine and dryer. We also have a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining and BBQ. We welcome well behaved pets with prior arrangement, just not on beds or furniture and all traces of them have to be cleaned up prior to your departure. One parking permit for free car parking.
