Condo in Pasig

Practical and Convenient for the whole family or group of friends at this peaceful place to stay in the heart of Pasig with convenient access to major establishment and highways such as C-5 road, Ortigas, SM Hypermarket Pasig, Tiendesitas Pasig, CCF, SM Mega Mall, Shangri-La Plaza, Ynarez Sports Arena, etc. (Maximum of 6 guests) The space - The property is a 2 bedroom condominium unit having 2 bathrooms and two patios with a total floor area of 58.6 square meters. - The unit has two bedrooms and are furnished with 2 bunk beds each room. - Each room has its own balcony. - Room # 1 has an attached bathroom and 3 beds from 2 bunk beds - Room # 2 has 4 beds from 2 bunk beds - All rooms are equipped with window type Air-conditioning unit. - The unit has two full bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Every toilet has 2 towels and soap. - Wi-Fi is available and Speed is at 200Mbps - 43" Smart TV is available with Netflix subscription (free). Smart TV is equipped with air mouse type remote control. - Also available are Refrigerator, induction stove with range hood, rice cooker, microwave oven, bread toaster, Water heating kettles and washing machine are available. - dining chairs and table, basic kitchen utensils are also available (pot and fan) - Cutlery or silverware also available. Guest access All parts of the space is accessible to the guest. Other things to note In case you will reserve/book my condo, please see below general information/requirements: 1. Please provide scan copies of ID of every guest (except children 12 yrs below) at least one working day in advanced before your check-in date to allow me to apply for security access pass - this is building management requirements for all the condominium building’s occupants safety & security including yourself. 2. Main door entrance to my condo unit is equipped with Smart door lock - I will send an E-Key to your email address. Please give me your email address at least one day in advance before check-in. 3. When you enter the unit, you will notice that all appliances are turned off except for the internet Wi-Fi devices, located at the side of the sofa in the living room. Please do not touch or turn off this device as it is sensitive and malfunctions when moved. All other appliances you can plug and turn on as needed. 4. When not in use please turn off the lights, air conditioning and other appliances to conserve energy. You don’t need to pay extra for your electricity bill; however, I just want to ask that we conserve energy for the environment and for the future generations. Thank you! 5. Please advise if you damage something during your stay. 6. The main garbage bin where you can dispose of your rubbish is located at the ground floor and is segregated into recyclable, non-recyclable and general garbage. 7. At checkout, please turn off all appliances (except Wi-Fi devices). 8. At checkout, notify me or send me a message that you are out so that we can come to check and clean the unit. You don’t need to wait for us, you can go as soon as you checkout. ** Regarding swimming pool - my condo unit is privileged with free of charge swimming pool usage for 5 guests. In excess of 5 you will be charge by the property management of P150 per head. Pool is open from 0800H - 1900H every day except Monday (due to pool cleaning & maintenance). Upon arrival to the pool, you have to log in first your pool usage with the attendant / lifeguard at the pool desk. In case you will finally decide to book a stay (short or long) in my condo, more details shall be provided to you through the "house manual" or by me personally via messaging.
