Enjoying the tranquility of North Blue Lake with family and friends relaxing in the lake, on the patio or around the fire pit. Make your Memories here! The space You will have access to the house,3 bedroom 2 bath with large patio and partially covered area with sectional sofa and outdoor dining for 10. The bunk house (bunk house is rustic but has heat/AC, no running water). 75' private lake front with dock. 2 kayaks, row boat and paddle boat to explore North Blue and Big Blue Lake with access through the channel. The property is 300'+ deep with plenty of trailer parking for snowmobiling/SXS. The bunk house was designed to hold all your snowmobile/SXS gear and hanging out after the ride and not having to worry about taking your boots off! The state trail system, Blue Bear Trails and are easily accessed. Located 4 miles south of the Hide-A-Way Bar, Starvation Lake! The large barn is private. Guest access Guest have access to the 78' of private lake front with private dock. The whole house, 3 bedroom 2 full baths, 2 living areas, dining, kitchen and covered patio. Detached Bunk House. Sleeps 4(twin beds) has smart tv, fridge, sofa, recliner and game table, Heat and AC. (no running water but steps from the house) Other things to note More than 10 guest with approval only and additional fee. During the winter we have the driveway plowed with 5-6" of snow. If additional plowing is needed, there will be an extra charge. This is the snowbelt of Northern Michigan and the weather can be unpredictable. There will be a shovel on the porch to maintain the walkway but understand that we are not able to shovel and plow the walkway for you. Pets are by approval only. No cats, limit to one pet if approved .
