The space Located in the desired K section, the house is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach (one of the most beautiful you’ll ever set foot on), close to world-class yoga facilities, surf schools, restaurants, and cafés. Sunset is not to be missed! The property consists of two separate private living structures. Main house and casita that can be rented together or separately. Main House features: • 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with king-sized beds. • 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. • 1 bedroom on the 1st floor. Self-sufficient studio with small kitchenette and mini fridge. Secluded and quiet, but also not interconnected and accessed from the outside (please note with young kids) • ½ bath on the main floor • AC unit in each room, including the living room. • Egyptian cotton sheets, medium-firm mattresses, duvets, cotton weave blankets, pillows galore and plush towels. • Lots of closet space in each room with plenty of hangers. • Safe in each room. • High-speed internet and mesh wi-fi router that connects to every room. • 65” television in the living room. • High-end water filtration system. Drinkable water! • Water softener. • Professional kitchen with all the goodies! + gas range & exhaust. • Coffee grinder, French press, Vitamix blender, dishwasher. • Glasses, platters, dishware, and cutlery from Crate & Barrel. • Kitchen island with 4 barstools. • Dining room table that seats 6. • Large, comfy chaise sofa. Can also be used as an extra bed. • Salt pool with outdoor shower. • Deluxe outdoor bean bag lounge chairs + umbrellas. • Outdoor bistro tables. • Parking space. Guest access Guest will have full access to the Main House Please note that the Main House shares property and entrance with the Casita. The Main house has full privacy. Other things to note Please note: Security Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property. Internet and Electricity  In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.  Water  During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.  Jungle creatures We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay.Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night). Refunds No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.  Insurance We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
