Enclosed Garage with Elevator so don't worry about the stairs! It is NOT a duplex but an entire home with large garage. Backyard is now fenced on both sides for pets! Plunge Pool. Master bath has large walk in shower, two sinks and rock bathtub. Guest bedrooms have queen beds and large closets. Huge outdoor deck has seating for 8 and BBQ grill. Guest access Guests have access to entire house, dock and boat ramp and 1/2 of the enormous garage. We have space for one boat, additional boats must use the public ramp or get approval before booking. The home features: - An open floor plan living space with high ceilings with contemporary decor that’s stylishly minimalistic with a super comfy sectional sofa and a SmartTV for relaxing downtime moments at home. - A beautiful, brand new, fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, fixtures & features, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus it has a dishwasher for easy cleanup! - The kitchen island is long and can seat at least 4 people across on the bar stools! And there are other seating areas to lounge around, plus a little tea table nook. Many of these places are lap-top friendly too if you need to get a little work or studying done. - Direct access from the living room to the covered patio with outdoor seating for 8. - 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The rooms are configured as such: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed w/ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, Bunk Bed with Futon Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed Living Room: Large Leather Sofa and Air Mattress if needed - There’s a laundry room out the garage with a washing machine and dryer. - Parking. The garage comfortably fits one vehicle. Additional cars can park in the driveway or grass. Plenty of trailer parking as well. Located about an hour north of Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater and also Busch Gardens Theme Park for a great day trip. Or head to the beach! The nearest is Hudson Beach (near Robert J. Strickland Memorial Park). It’s the Gulf of Mexico, so you can catch the sunset there, maybe a wild dolphin sighting, and there are great restaurants in this area too, plenty of picnic benches, a kids’ park, clean restrooms, and fishing spots. This place is so well located for a variety of different tastes & activities for all ages! Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home, dock and boat ramp during your stay. Other things to note Wi-Fi, SmartTV, parking, bed linens, beach and bath towels, and beach chairs are provided free during your stay. We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, some dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, and hand soap. Please note, that these items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need. There’s no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Dogs are allowed for a one-time cleaning fee.
