The space Our home is beautifully situated just a few houses up from Ithaca College, 3 minutes driving to Downtown Ithaca Commons and an 8 minute drive to Cornell University. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The home has a King bedroom with full bathroom including a soaker tub, one queen bedroom, another bedroom with two twin beds and a secondary bathroom upstairs with a toilet and shower. The downstairs study also has a pullout queen bed. There is a half bath located downstairs. KITCHEN The large kitchen has everything you need for cooking! the kitchen is fully functional and ready to cook up a feast! Coffee, utensils, pots, and pans all included for you to use. Help yourself to whatever is in the kitchen and make yourself at home. OUTDOOR AREA Relax and enjoy the backyard! Take in beautiful sunsets, watch for the local wildlife that frequently visits the property, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or fire up the BBQ for an outdoor meal. The professionally installed natural stone patio offers a comfortable place to unwind with family and friends, while the spacious grassy yard provides plenty of room to relax and play. We hope you'll enjoy this peaceful outdoor space as much as we do! GAME ROOM The game room is located in the garage! Upon arrival there will be a key left in the house that you can use to enter the front door of the back house. Once you enter the back house you will use the same key to enter the door to the right, which leads you into the game room. There is a pool table, shuffle board and a few other small games as well as a speaker to connect your phones Bluetooth to and a TV. Music must be shut off or on LOW by 10PM. To turn on the LED lights, they will either need to simply be plugged in or there will be a button to push. Please make sure all lights are turned off prior to leaving the game room. No smoking is allowed in the game room. Please use coasters provided for all beverages. Charges will be incurred for any damage to the furniture/games. Please make sure to lock the door and leave the key in the main house. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDES: City water, wifi, three upstairs bedrooms are individually zoned for heat/AC and downstairs space shares one thermostat. We provide basic goods that guests need such as bed linens and towels. There is also a washer and dryer available to use. We will supply detergent. This home has another home attached to it in which the homeowners live in. Entry to the home will be a smart keypad lock. No pets allowed Guest access Guests are free to use the entirety of the home however Garage, attached back apartment and back apartment porch are not for guest use. Other things to note Main access to the house is located on the driveway and is the first door to the left with the larger porch. The front door when looking at the front of the house is NOT the main entrance. We offer two large parking spaces off the the right of the driveway or 4 tight spaces (2 cars to the right of the driveway on the gravel pad and 2 other cars parked right behind) Entry to the home will be a code for our smart keypad lock.
