Hip In The Treetops is a vacation rental created with YOU in mind! Features include two mirror image bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows, voluminous ceilings and forest views. Each bedroom has a very comfy King or Queen bed , walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with full sized shower and heated toilet seats. The main area again has glorious, south facing windows with forest views and mountain peaks! Electric recliners face a 70" 4K smart TV with Dish Network, Comcast High speed internet and a 60" electric fireplace. There is a nice wood dining room table and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator/freezer with a filtered water & ice-maker dispenser! A microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and coffee/Tea maker & coffee grinder if you prefer to bring your own beans. Our kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you need to cook a nice meal & also to bake your favorite cookies or dessert. We do not provide condiments to avoid contamination between guests. The kitchen has nearly every small appliance or bakeware with nearly every utensil imaginable. An office with a door is just off the main area if privacy is needed featuring a desk and chair. Near the kitchen is a laundry room featuring a full sized washer, dryer, and sink incase your clothing needs cleaning. Full size Iron & ironing board also . I also a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Out the sliding glass door is the true beauty of Northern Georgia including mountains views from an elevated 14 foot high wooden deck. There is plenty of lounge and sitting furniture in addition to a gas grill and dining table. Off to the side, defiantly not to be forgotten, is a very inviting warm hot tub and outdoor shower to enjoy the glorious evenings and on a clear night all the stars & the moon. Down a set of stairs or a path from the front porch is a massive covered water proofed deck with corn hole, giant Jenga, and lighting in case the rain makes an appearance or you just want to spread out a little. A small, quaint fire pit with plenty of split wood and seating is nestled in the forest near the house. The private property entrance is accessed via electronic gate with keypad for security. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and 10 acres. Other things to note We are rural and our Wi-Fi has been updated in May 2024 to Comcast. We are very excited to find a reliable high speed solution to improve the Wi-Fi . Netflix works wonderfully and data is unlimited. Wi-Fi speeds can vary. Tested at 500 Mbps.
