We believe in honesty and want to share a few important details about our home: 🏠 The house is in great shape with all new furniture, but please note the bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating. 🛁 The tub is spotless and fully functional, but it does have a small corrosion stain from a past cleaning mishap — totally safe, just not the prettiest! 🐞 We professionally treat the home for pests year-round, and in warmer months, we also treat for mosquitoes to keep the yard enjoyable. That said, this is the deep South, so you might spot a bug or two. It’s just part of living in a humid, swampy area! If you see any, just give us a shout. 🏡 Our neighborhood is safe and chill, with lots of friendly kids nearby. While some yards and homes vary in upkeep, the area is walkable and welcoming.
