Pool, Rooftop, AC - 200m to Private Beach

Anis Beach House is a 2 bedroom house and 1 bedroom cabana located a mere 100 meters from 2 stunning and secluded beaches. Nestled in a luscious tropical garden with private pool, it is the perfect hideaway to enjoy one of the most beautiful settings of the Sri Lankan coast ! The whole house and garden will be yours. And the unspoilt beaches will feel like your own private ones for miles! The space The house features a living-room opening onto the lovely terrace, a tiny fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms both with A/C and fans - both of which share a bathroom. For an extra charge, we also have a 1 bedroom cabana to the rear of the main house, which has its own private attached bathroom. This may not be suitable for families with young children due to the cabana being separate to the main house, but if there are more adults this is great option. Please be aware we will only make the cabana ready if at the time of reservation you have requested and paid for the extra guests. The roof-terrace delights with awesome jungle views: perfect for sunset drinks or yoga sessions ! The tropical garden hosts a 5mx3m pool. There is a washing machine available to use at the property. Please top up the washing powder if you use a substantial amount. All electrical sockets are fitted to receive both UK and Asian/European plugs. Guest access The whole property will be for your personal use with no other guests. This is a private villa. Please be aware we will only make the cabana ready if at the time of reservation you have requested and paid for the extra guests. The cabana is not included in the nightly rate for 4 guests. Other things to note Please note that heavy rain may lead to frequent and unpredictable power outages in the area. At this time, Anis Beach House does not have a generator, so please be prepared for possible power interruptions during your stay. We want to be transparent about this so you can plan accordingly – whether that means packing a power bank or downloading offline content ahead of time. Many guests still enjoy their stay by embracing the slower pace and natural setting, but we understand this may not suit every traveller. BREAKFAST AT ANIS BEACH HOUSE Our housekeepers Samith & Randima make delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts. 1-2 people = 1,500LKR +500LKR per extra person. Ingredients charges are to be paid separately. Just tell them the night before if you’d like breakfast and what time, and provide them with a float of 5,000LKR which will be deducted from your overall bill. Note: There is occasional construction activity at a neighbouring property, which may cause some noise during the day. You can always check with us for an update on the current situation. We encourage guests to collect plastic found on the beach and bring it back to the house for proper recycling. You will find designated bins within the house to separate garbage. As part of a community initiative each Sunday we collect garbage from the beach and dispose of it responsibly. We thank you in advance for helping us to keep our beach and neighbourhood clean. The nightly rental price includes a USD 10 charity contribution to the local community via a Canadian non profit organization: TRIP Canada. After the 2004 tsunami devastated the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, TRIP Canada was founded to help rebuild. The project started with a village for homeless survivors and developed into an ongoing program to build homes, infrastructure and education programs. 58 families are already in new homes and 53 have so far graduated from universities.
