Brixton Double Room in heart of Brixton - C6B

A double room with desk space, is one of three rooms in a second floor apartment, just shy of Central Brixton and Brixton Village Market with Bars and Restaurants to suit all tastes. The apartment is minutes walk from Loughborough Junction (18 minutes to Kings Cross international station) and Brixton underground (Central London within 15 minutes). There is separate toilet and bathroom with shower. The space The property is located upstairs and your private room is one of three rooms. The room is private and the ktichen and bathroom is shared with other guests. Maximum occupancy in each room is 2 people. There is a UK standard size double bed (135cmx190cm) which perfectly fits two people. Guest access There is a shared bathroom There is a shared fully fitted kitchen with a cooker, oven, fridge and kitchen essentials - good enough to prepare meals. We operate on a self check in service and these details will be delivered to you on the morning of your arrival no earlier. During your stay I am available via Airbnb Messenger and will respond to any queries between the hours of 8am till 10pm 7 days a week. We have a dedicated maintenance team who are available Monday to Friday from 10am till 4pm. If you have any issues outside these hours, please refer to Airbnb support for assistance. Other things to note On the day of your arrival, you will need to collect the keys at a different location which is approximately 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is located on the second floor so you will need to climb stairs (approximately 3 flights of stairs and there is no elevator/lift). I need to stress, the steps are steep therefore anyone with difficultly walking - this place is not for you. The apartment is also at close proximity to Brixton Village Market. The communal hallway between the front door outside exit and the front door of the apartment is undergoing some refurbishment. Therefore the aesthetics of the hallway is not so pleasing on the eye. However, the apartment and room in itself is clean and modern. The flat is facing a railway so you will hear the sounds of trains going by, If noise bothers you, this place is not for you. Unfortunately we do not have a luggage storage facility. Self Check in instructions will be visible on the Airbnb app 48 hours before check in and detailed instructions will be delivered before noon on the day of your arrival. Upon check in, you will be provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper- after that you will need to provide your own. We do not provide Travel adaptors - please organise this before arrival. Please do not unplug the WiFi or move any furniture. The WiFi is a home broadband connection and is shared with other guests, so the signal may occasionally drop in and out. While I do my best to ensure a stable connection, I can't guarantee perfect signal 100% of the time. This is a Black owned Airbnb.
