Quiet Oasis w/ workspace (R1), 15 mins to downtown

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. An easy 15 minute drive to downtown without the hustle and the bustle of the city. You feel like you're staying in the country side without having to be to far away from all things Portland. Near Woodstock (5 min drive) and Sellwood (8 min drive) neighborhoods. Cute restaurants, light shopping, cafes. Car is better for location. There are two pups and a kitty on the premises. Dogs that get along with others are allowed. Fenced yard. The space Hello this is 1 of 3 guest rooms that I'm currently airbnbing in my home. The room is a private space however you may be sharing the bathroom if I have other guests staying. There is coffee, tea, and oatmeal available on the kitchen counter. The door locks from the inside and outside. Guest access You will have full access to the living room, kitchen, dinning room, and outdoor patio During your stay I'll be available throughout your stay however am able to give you the privacy that you desire. Available by phone and text. Other things to note Pets can not be unattended after quiet hours. You are allowed one load of laundry per stay. No shoes or hard metals are allowed in the laundry. If staying for longer then a week you are allowed one load of laundry per week. There is a laundry mat down the road if you need more accommodations.
