Guest access As Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, they require fingerprint access. Simbithi Eco Estate charges a R420 admin fee and R150 per fingerprint access. This fee will be payable to the Simbithi Welcome Centre on your arrival and is NOT included in the accommodation amount. Please note, if you are a returning guest of Simbithi Eco Estate, and you have a fingerprint loaded on their system, you will NOT be charged R150 for fingerprint access. However, Simbithi will charge the admin fee of R420 in order to process your booking.
