Welcome to the Apartment Full of Color – a unique, lively place in the quiet, green Kliny district of Krakow. This is an apartment where each room has its own character, colors add energy, and the whole exudes home warmth. Perfect for 2-5 people. It is located on the 3rd floor in a closed, modern housing estate. There is a playground on the premises, ideal for families with children, and the possibility of renting a parking space. A terrace is also available. The space The apartment is fully equipped and ready to receive guests: • Living room with kitchenette – comfortable sofa bed, TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishes). • Master bedroom – a cozy space with a sofa bed and a large wardrobe. • Office / guest room – perfect for remote work or as an additional accommodation for 1 person (sofa + desk). • Bathroom – bathtub with shower, toilet, towels, hair dryer. • Toilet – toilet, washing machine • Terrace (unfurnished) – available to guests, spacious In total, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (3 fold-out sofas). Guest access The entire apartment is available. Other things to note A few things to know before you book: • The apartment is on the 3rd floor – no elevator. Please take this into account when planning your stay with luggage. • The terrace is available to guests, but is currently unfurnished – however, you can use it freely. • The estate is closed, so you will receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival. If you are traveling by car, please let me know in advance, as you will only be able to enter the barrier using a remote control. • Parking is available for an additional fee – please let us know in advance if you want to use it. • The playground is located on the premises of the estate – it can be used by children under the care of adults. • There are three fold-out sofas in the apartment – very comfortable, but they are not traditional beds. • We do not organize parties – it is a quiet, family housing estate. Please respect the quiet hours (10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.). • No smoking - smoking, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products are strictly forbidden in the apartment and on the terrace. Please only smoke outside the property. • There may be personal decorative elements in the apartment – this is the home interior where I previously lived.
