The upstairs dining table seats 8 while the downstairs seats 6. The bedrooms are comfy & cozy! The owner of the house lives right down the road and if you have any problems during your stay they can come and resolve as soon as possible! Even if it’s something small like having trouble getting a fire started in the fire pit-please don’t hesitate to reach out! :) The road leading up to the Airbnb in windy so please use caution when arriving and departing! There is plenty of parking spaces on the property for guests! House is located along the woods on a farm with cows and chickens. The house is accessible by rural road about 10 minutes drive to the town of Purcellville. The farm has cows and chickens along with wild animals and bugs, especially brown marmorated stink bugs in the early fall season. Again, there are bugs, pests and animals naturally in the country so expect to find them present on the property, too. Internet, electricity and TV cannot be guaranteed in case of technical issues with the provider. Weather is not guaranteed, and please stay away from the creek during or following heavy rain to avoid flooding. The reservation must match no more than the permitted number of guests at any time. Guests are subject to additional large fees and charges if guests do not honor reservation agreement by exceeding total permitted number of guests. Pets are not permitted and guests are subject to additional large fees and charges if they do not honor the reservation agreement by keeping any pets on the property.
