Come and visit the magnificent citadel of Calvi, which houses the birthplace of Christopher Columbus. Indeed, you will have the opportunity to discover the smell of the maquis and take a good breath of iodized air before going down to enjoy a tasty ice cream by the sea. The space Located in the heart of the marina, the apartment will offer you a magnificent view of the sea and a breathtaking panorama extending from Cap Corse to La Revellata (Calvi). You can also admire beautiful sunsets from the terrace facing the sea. Regarding its accessibility, the apartment is equipped with a box at the entrance allowing late or early arrivals independently. In addition, free parking is available on the street. Not planning to use your car during your stay? Don't panic, the train station connecting Calvi to Bastia/Ajaccio is 150 meters from the accommodation. You will also have a Vival, restaurant and even a tabac/press nearby. Finally, the apartment is located very close to the beach (about an 8-minute walk!). Description of the apartment: The 30 m² apartment located on the first floor of the residence can accommodate up to 4 people. Recently refurbished, it consists of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet sink & bathtub. The whole place is air-conditioned. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, induction hob, microwave, vacuum cleaner and brooms. Regarding small furniture, you will have a hairdryer, an electric grill on the terrace, an electric kettle, and a toaster. Dishes and kitchen utensils sufficient for 4 people. WIFI available! The accommodation has a double sofa bed and two bunk beds. House Rules: - Our friends dogs (small) and cats are allowed in the accommodation. - Smokers, be sure to smoke/vape outside. - Respect for neighbors (parties are prohibited). - Check-ins start at 2 p.m. and checkouts start before 12:30 p.m. - The tenant undertakes to thoroughly clean before checking out (just vacuuming is not enough!).
