This large naturally lit unit is located in the Tennis Building of the Rainbow Beach Club complex. The amenities include 24 hour gated and manned security, parking garage, three large pools, gym, and private beach access (limited to residents and guests only). The condo has two patios, one of which is pool facing. It is fully furnished and equipped for vacation rentals. The living room/dining area is an open space concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet, and a full bathroom. For your convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer so you can easily do laundry during your stay. For families with small children, we provide a Pack n' Play crib and a high chair (both already in unit) as well as a few books and toys. Special requests such as a full-size wooden crib can be arranged via a 3rd party at a cost of ~100 USD per item per week, payable directly to the third party (prices may vary). Technology-wise, we offer fast broadband internet (Wifi) and 2 smart TVs. As a courtesy to our guests, we also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. Guests will be given a lock box code for the keys to the unit. You will also be given an access code for the spiral staircase leading down to the private beach. Rainbow Beach Club complex is located in Cupecoy, in the Lowlands area of Sint Maarten, walking distance from Mullet and Cupecoy beaches. It is approximately 5 minutes by car from Maho, 7 minutes from the SXM Int'l Airport, and 15 minutes from Simpson Bay. There are many food options close by either within walking distance or just a short drive away. The best way to get around Sint Maarten is by car. The building has plenty of free covered parking. For the adventurous types, you can rent an ATV (Quad) or a UTV (Side-by-side) in Jordan Village or downtown Maho. Lastly, there is bus service and taxis available. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes, and no pets. No parties - the policy is strictly enforced by our 24/7 security. The max occupancy is 4 persons.
