The space Take a Tour of this Penthouse apartment by reading the descriptions below or by accesing the QR codes in the pictures, but before getting into the details of the interior spaces please be advice this apartment complex has no elevator and there are 36 steps(2 flights of stairs) to get to the unit. **ROOFTOP TERRACE** This space will be your all-time favorite vacation spot with many activities available and space for everyone! Step into 1,371 square feet space where you can sunbathe on the Chaise Lounge Chairs, read a book or rest at the Day Bed, have a nice outdoor dinner, get together and enjoy a cocktail at the big lounge chairs with views to the ocean or have a fun game day or game night with games such as Giant JENGA, Cornhole, checkers, monopoly and more. To get up to this space you will be going up a flight of stairs located in the dinning room. **KITCHEN** Fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as an electric stove with oven, new refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and all the kitchenware you need to cook a delicious meal. **LAUNDRY ROOM** Located next to the kitchen, we offer a washer and dryer combo. Drying rack available for hanging beach towels or bathing suits. **LIVING ROOM** Comfortable and beautifully decorated space, highlighting the colors of the ocean which go seamlessly with the ocean views on this space. 50" Smart TV with access to streaming apps. There is an A/C unit that cools the entire area but if you open the balcony door you will get a refreshing cross-breeze that will make you feel right at the beach. Direct access from this point to a balcony with lounge chairs and stunning views of the ocean & mountain view. **DINING SPACE** Showcasing a Mid-Century Modern dining table that sits 6 people. Perfect for serving a special meal for you loved ones. From here you will have direct access to the staircase that get you to the Rooftop Terrace. **BEDROOMS** (Beautifully decorated bedrooms, we use 100% cotton linen for a soft and comfortable resting time and new A/C units and fans installed on all bedrooms.) -Master Bedroom: Wake up to a stunning view of the ocean with a brand-new Queen-Size Bed and an en suite bathroom. For storage you have access to a double dresser and a clothes rack mounted on the wall. (Walk-in closet is not available for guest use). -Guest Bedrooms #1 & #2: Comfortable Queen-Size Bed with a dresser and complete access to the closet space. **BATHROOMS** Both bathrooms were completely and entirely renovated. Featuring a shower with a Shower Panel System that has Rainfall Shower Head, a hand shower and power jets for a perfect and relaxing bath time. We provide shampoo, conditioner and bodysoap on a dispenser as well as bath towels and face towels. Guest access Located on a gated apartment complex, we are a private Penthouse Apartment located on the third floor of the building. Our guests will have complete and private access to the apartment. You will also enjoy access to the complex facilities such as: community pool, tennis court and basketball court. We provide tennis racquets, tennis balls and a basketball for your enjoyment of these amenities. (There is a gym but is currently not in service.) **We are NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. No elevator available (you will go up 36 steps to get to this unit) and no accesibility features on the apartment. Other things to note **We are one of the few rentals in the area with a GENERATOR. Power outages can happen in Puerto Rico without advance notice. We are prepared to provide you a stay without power interruptions for a relaxing vacation! Have in mind this is a battery generator and the use of some items such as a/c units, water heater and stove will be monitored to avoid power interruptions.
