Casa di Paola is located in one of the oldest houses in Subbiano, then called “Casa Ghidina”, at the foot of the Casentino Valley in the province of Arezzo.
A renovated earth-to-sky home in perfect Tuscan style by the skilled and precious hands of local building artisans.
Among wooden beams and architraves, terracotta tiles and refined details, you can experience your stay surrounded by "Tuscan character" The space Casa Paola boasts a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and a second floor. 
On the ground floor, you can comfortably store bicycles or scooters (motor vehicles are not allowed inside the house), use the sink for quick washing and hang laundry in the clothes hanger. On the first floor, there is a small bathroom with a shower and the living area of about 30 sqm consisting of a kitchen and living room with a flat-screen TV, dishwasher, four-seater sofa, air conditioning, large fireplace on which you can cook and a fully equipped kitchen including a Mokona coffee machine by Bialetti and a microwave oven. Between the first and second floors, a landing with a rocking chair and dedicated light, ready to welcome you for your reading moments.
On the second floor, there is a bathroom with a hydro-massage tub and stereo connection to experience moments in complete relaxation.
Finally, the two bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a flat-screen TV and the other with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and linens as well as bathrooms.
Finally, two terraces, one on each floor, where you can enjoy meals and drinks.

Other things to note Casa di Paola is located in a strategic point in the province of Arezzo from which it is very easy to make day trips on the tourist itineraries of the Tuscany Region such as the city of Arezzo, the Casentino Valley, the Valtiberina, the Valdichiana, the Valdarno, the cities of Florence, Siena and Perugia. Walking out, you can reach the center of Subbiano in two minutes where you can benefit from many essential and non-essential services: post office, bank, pharmacy, pastry shop, bakery, butcher, ice cream shop, greengrocer, tobacconist as well as restaurants specializing in Tuscan cuisine, pizzerias, the Coop supermarket and the coin-operated laundry. The Gala supermarket is 1 km away. HOW TO GET HERE From the A1 highway exit Arezzo, Casa Paola is 20 km away, which you travel towards Arezzo center, then follow the signs for Casentino-Subbiano-Bibbiena. After the intersection for the center of Subbiano, after 100m on the left you have reached your destination.
