The space The Seaside House building is a century-old building with an old-fashioned design that was restored with a mixture of rustic and modern, with its 60-centimeter-wide walls and built with regional stone from the island, which is basalt of volcanic origin, which gives the house a strong and broad structure. Its location is centrally located between the city of Ponta Delgada and the beaches of São Roque, such as natural pools. Important!!! Dear guest, first of all, thank you for choosing our accommodation. I also take this opportunity to inform you that those who travel to the Azores have to take some aspects into account. The islands, because they have a subtropical climate, especially in the summer season, tend to have some insects such as cockroach mosquitoes, ants, among others, which for us islanders is very normal (no insect is dangerous). São Miguel is a hot and humid island. I'll tell you a little bit about our house 🏠 If you made it this far, we're very happy. Seaside House is 8 kilometers from the airport (5-minute drive) not advisable to walk and 1 kilometer from the center, our accommodation is in an area with some movement, it is a place with a lot of life. There is a Casino, natural pools, restaurants and supermarkets a few meters from our accommodation, there are also two roads, as you can see in the photos, so sometimes there can be some agitation, if you are looking for something very calm without noise then this will not be a good option. Seaside House has happy people with good energy. Our motto is to make the guest feel at home, in a good environment, and we want you to enjoy 100% of your stay and have a magnificent vacation, taking with you good memories of the Azores.
