They are located in a small uphill alley – dirt road, very close to the main road of Karfas, the beach and the bus stop (1 minute by car and 3 minutes by foot uphill on the way back) and have sea view. Access to the apartment is via 5 steps at the entrance. The apartment is a fully equipped two-room apartment, accommodating 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old, ideal for families but also for couples who want a little more space. It has a spacious living room with a single kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. In the living room there is a sofa that becomes a semi-double bed (dimensions 1.20 x 1.90 meters) that can accommodate one adult or 2 children up to 12 years old, dining room, 2 flat TVs. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is an air-conditioner in the living room. It also has a separate bedroom with a sliding door with a double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, drawers and a balcony with a wonderful sea view.
