5 bedroom fully refurbished house, located on the harbour front of picturesque Eyemouth. We can accommodate 10 people in 4 king beds and a bunk room. The house has been completely refurbished with brand new kitchen, bathrooms and fittings throughout. There is private parking for 2 cars. The space Originally a Fisherman's house the accommodation is set out over 3 floors. As you enter the house there is a large boot room that is perfect for storing boots and coats, even bikes or paddle boards. This is also used as a contained room for dogs to have their own space. This then opens to a large utility room with sink, washing machine and loads of storage! Also on the ground floor is the huge kitchen / dining area with top quality appliances and the dining table comfortably seats 10. There's also smart TV's in both rooms. There is a downstairs W/C and living room with cosy log burner. The staircase leads to a stunning window seat over looking the beautiful Eyemouth bay. The 1st floor has 2 large kingsize rooms and a bunk room ideal for kids. There is a large walk in shower room on this level with double sink unit. The top floor has 2 further king size rooms and a larger bathroom with separate bath and shower. Guest access The entire house is available to rent and for your exclusive use during the length of your stay! There is a lock box at the front door for self check in but we are available on the phone for any questions. We are located about 15m from the beach and right in the centre of the shops and facilities of Eyemouth town! Other things to note We are dog lovers ourselves and are happy to accept dogs with prior arrangement. We respectfully ask that your dog is clean and dry before entering the property and kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. There is a outside tap and hose where your dog can be cleaned after being on the beach but please bring your own dog towels.
