A new cottage with all amenities in a beautiful, private location right by a lake. The glass walls in the bedrooms and the living room open up to a breathtaking view to the surrounding lake and forest landscape. It has a large terrace that continues down to the jetty so you can go swim in the lake from your private sauna. To explore the surrounding nature you can also rent eBikes or SUP-boards for your stay. The cleaning service, linen and towels are always included. The space The cottage has two bedrooms, a livingroom kitchen area, two separate WCs, shower room, a sauna and a utility room with a washing machine. The cottage has modern air conditioning and clean water. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and glass walls providing a fantastic view to the lake in two directions. The other bedroom has two separate single beds and an armchair which can be opened into a full sized extra bed. This bedroom also has a glasswall and views to the lake. Both bedrooms have motorized roller blinds to ensure good sleep even during the bright finnish summer nights. In the living room kitchen area there is a fireplace and glass walls towards the lake landscape. There is also a TV, wifi and a small electric desk that makes it possible to work from remote using a laptop, if necessary. The sauna has a landscape-window and heats up electrically with a single button press. There is a modern kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle for water heating, a toaster and a dinnerware set for six persons. The utility room has a drying washing machine. The cottage is 82 square-meters and its roof extends to provide a roof-protected 20 square-meters of terrace allowing for example dinner outside even on rainy days. Right next to the lake is the large 120m2 terrace and from which there is only a few steps to the lake and the wooden pier with a swimming ladder. On the terrace there is a table with six chairs, a pair of resting chairs and two sun loungers. You will find both sunny and shadowy areas on the large terrace. There is also a gas grill for barbecueing. There is ample parking space right next to the cottage. The whole cottage and it's surrounding is pretty accessible since it's all in one floor and because of the large terrace areas.
