Family country house

Do you want to spend a stay in the countryside, rest, recharge your batteries with family or friends in the countryside less than two hours from Paris!? We rent our beautiful country house, located 10 minutes from Saint Amand en Puisaye, in the Nièvre. change of scenery guaranteed! Supermarket 10 min drive, bakery and excellent butcher/caterer in the village 2 min drive (or walk along pretty paths in 30 min) Lots of activities and places to discover in the area! The space - The House The 180 square meter house has been completely renovated in recent years in the pure spirit of a chic country house. It consists of 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with bathroom/shower room), 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets, 1 large kitchen and its cellar, a large living room on the ground floor (very pleasant in summer because it's very cool! and in winter by the wood stove watching a movie on the video projector!) - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 + a baby bed - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140 - Bedroom 3: master suite double bed 160, bathroom area (shower and bathtub in the bedroom), possibility of baby bed. - Bedroom 4: 1 double bed 140, 1 wicker bed (child up to 5 years old) and 1 second child bed (child up to 5 years old) An extra travel cot is available in the house. Note: The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 fridges/freezers, 5-burner gas stove + very large electric oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, pastry robot, raclette & fondue appliances, mixers, yogurt maker, etc. Note 2: Linens and towels are not provided. You will have duvets (220 x 240 cm) and pillows (60 x 60 cm). You will need to bring bedding accordingly. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves (in the living room and kitchen), as well as electric inertia radiators. - The exterior On its 4000 m2 plot in a small quiet hamlet (last house that leads to a path so no passage!) The house offers a very beautiful garden divided into several spaces, allowing you to walk, read, eat meals in the sun or in the shade of the trees... To keep you busy outside, barbecue, garden furniture, hammock, molki, ping pong table... and lots of toys for kids! Guest access The entire property will be available to you :) Other things to note Sheets and towels are not provided.
