Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds. The space Lovingly restored from its derelict state to an immaculate home. Wark Cottage provides all modern amenities that would be expected. Includes European laundry, dining room, sitting room, master bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen with Smeg appliances and coffee pod machine. Externally the cottage is restored with original features to reflect its 1895 heritage. Surrounded by gardens you will find a cosy suntrap on the front porch for your morning coffee or private seating area with small fenced open garden at the rear. We welcome well behaved pets. Guest access Centrally located in a quiet street, only a few minutes’ walk to Chiltern's main street, including pubs, cafes, supermarket and gift shops. Guests will have access to the entire Cottage and gardens Off street parking is also available. Other things to note The Cottage has Smeg appliances including a coffee pod machine and milk frother. We provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. Chiltern has some great pubs, cafes and a bakery for a delicious local meal or you are welcome to bring supplies and cook up a storm. Our IGA supermarket is open Mon - Sat 8.30am - 6.00pm and Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm. We are pleased to provide commercially laundered linen and towels. The queen size bed has an electric blanket. An Evie electric vehicle charger is located 350m from the Cottage.
