Both bedrooms are equipped with 40+ inch smart TVs with premium cable and streaming services. The living room also boasts a 55-inch Roku smart TV. Stay connected with excellent Wi-Fi, offering speeds of 125+ Mbps, ensuring seamless connectivity for multiple devices. Guest access Entry is via a keypad lock, and the code will be provided 48 hours before check-in. Other things to note There is a deep cleaning fee of $200 that does not include linen service. We can provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for an additional fee of $50 for your stay, though linen service is not a required purchase. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels and any other linens you will need for the stay if you decide to not purchase linen service from us. IMPORTANT: Please be informed that routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service. -This service typically occurs on the first Monday of each month. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in just a few minutes. Your cooperation is essential, and we kindly ask that you allow the technician access to your unit.
