This peaceful, fully stocked house has an unbelievable lakefront view! A no gas engine boat policy makes the lake perfect for swimmers, paddle boarding and utilizing the provided kayaks and pedal boat. During the spring and fall, forage for mushrooms on site in our old growth woods. In winter, Skagit’s snow birds come and go at sunrise/set to sleep on the lake, watch and photograph them from our lakeside fire pit. An ideal place to explore, unplug, connect. Guest access Guests can enjoy full access to the lake, walks on the 1/3 long wooded driveway, and exploring our wooded acreage and stream. The hot tub is in a private location on the back deck of the house, it is easily accessible and the lake-view is epic! You will pass a dark green building / owner occupied portion of the property to your right when driving into the property. The backyard is a sloped lawn down to the waterfront area. Due to natural vegetation, swimming, kayaking etc., is best done from the dock. The dock is a floating dock that is a bit rustic, it's great for cannonballs but may not be the best fit for individuals with mobility challenges. Can we check in early? Guests are welcome to reach out the week of their reservation to see if there is check-in flexibility. However, most of our reservations are back-to-back during the summer, in those instances the full amount of time is needed to prepare the house/property, and early check-ins cannot be accommodated. Do you have any animals on site? You may spot our two somewhat shy kitties around the property, Finn is grey and white and Joey is a grey tabby. We also have friendly labradoodle named Maggie, we typically keep her with us/indoors, but if your group would enjoy a pup visit please let us know!
