The space The house is very spacious with a view of the sea, it has 3 bedrooms (6 double beds, 4 single beds and 1 single mattress), 1 en-suite, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a very large kitchen and living room, barbecue grill, pool table and 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, it has wi-fi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, fan and basic kitchen utensils. Other things to note • We do not provide bed and bath linens, pillows, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. We only provide basic kitchen items such as dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, cups... • Regarding cleaning... To make the stay more affordable for the guest, we do not charge an advance cleaning fee, so we count on your cooperation to leave it as you found it (clean and organized). If inadequate cleaning conditions are found after the stay, including accumulation of garbage, improper disposal of objects, etc., exceeding the normal cleaning standard, a fee of R$350.00 will be charged. If the guest is interested, they can request cleaning separately, which costs R$350.00. • The refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker and blender are delivered clean, we kindly ask that you return them in the same way. Otherwise, a fee of R$50.00 per appliance will be charged. • No smoking inside the house. • It is FORBIDDEN to remove furniture and television from the place.
