1.5 hours from Paris, Maison Belline is a charming farmhouse, designed as an elegant break in the Perche. It accommodates up to 8 people. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, billiards, pétanque, ping-pong, terrace, garden and fireplace invite you to relax and share moments. Much more than just a rental, Maison Belline offers a refined, authentic, and warm atmosphere, where old-world charm blends with modern comfort. The space Maison Belline is above all a house that I have designed and renovated with love. I wanted to preserve everything that gives a real Perche farmhouse its charm and soul: the old beams, the half-timbering, the terracotta tiles and floors, while combining them with more contemporary materials, colors, and layouts. The house required a lot of work, and each space was thought out in every detail, with the desire to preserve its authenticity without sacrificing comfort and elegance. I combined antique furniture, vintage objects, beautiful materials, and more modern elements to create a warm, lively, and personal home, far from impersonal rentals. Today, it offers beautiful living spaces designed for gathering and sharing good times. You can follow us on Insta: maisonbelline The living room, arranged around an elegant fireplace, invites you to enjoy convivial evenings, reading, board games or a movie night thanks to the DVDs and the PlayStation 4 with its games. Billiards bring a playful touch, while an office space allows you to work or isolate yourself quietly when needed. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom, to preserve the privacy of all guests. The fully equipped kitchen and ample dining area are perfect for sharing large tables. Exteriors conducive to relaxation The house opens onto vast spaces set up for leisure and sunny days. The salt pool, heated from May to late September depending on weather conditions, is surrounded by six sunbeds with bath mattresses. The large terrace welcomes alfresco dining, with gas BBQ available. The landscaped garden invites you to read, rest, or have coffee in the sun. A pétanque court with its balls as well as a ping pong table and snowshoes complete the amenities. Self-care area The spa and gym offer a break dedicated to relaxation and fitness, in the privacy of the house. To fully enjoy the hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are available upon request when you book. A home massage service is also available upon request and by reservation. Cleaning during the stay is quite possible, at your request and at extra cost. For your comfort High-speed Wi-Fi, linens provided, private parking, with a reinforced 230 V Green'up outlet available. Slow charging with your own cable, compatible with a French household outlet. No Type 2 terminal. For electric vehicles, IZIVIA fast charging stations are available in the McDonald's parking lot in La Loupe, just minutes from the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the garden, the terrace, the pool, the gym, the pool table, the petanque court, and the various outdoor areas. The house is fully privatized during the stay to ensure peace, comfort, and privacy. I live nearby, in a detached house that is not overlooked by the rental. I remain easily reachable if needed, while fully respecting the tranquility of guests. Other things to note ✦ Practical information The wellness area is open from 9 am to 9 pm and is closed every evening by me. The Jacuzzi, available from October 1 to May 31, must be requested at the time of booking so that we can put it into service and provide you with bathrobes and slippers. The gym remains accessible year-round In the winter, the house is heated and programmed to maintain a comfortable temperature of around 20°C. The fireplace also allows you to enjoy a cozy atmosphere from October 1st to April 30th. The first fire is free; you must request additional wood. Dogs are welcome (1 maximum), with an extra charge of €15 per day.
