The space The apartment features a large glazed balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors while protected from the elements. The balcony has a table and chairs for dining, a sofa for relaxation, an IR- heater, and a gas barbeque. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms. The main bedroom has relaxing decor, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a lounge chair. The second bedroom sleeps two adults and a fully-equipped workstation, complete with an electrically adjustable table and two ergonomic chairs. Simply plug in your laptop and start working! The living room is spacious and inviting, with a large corner sofa, a 4K TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, and other streaming services (no accounts provided), and a high-quality sound system. Two persons can sleep in the living room on the air mattress provided. The eating area in the living room has a large wooden table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It has a professional-quality espresso machine, tea, and baking equipment. And after a long day, you can relax in the sauna. The underground parking garage can be accessed by a ramp and has a dedicated parking space with an electric car charging possibility, with an extra charge. The garage can be accessed by an elevator directly from the stairwell. This is our own apartment and some closets have our personal belongings and might be locked. We also have a dog, so despite the thorough cleaning of the apartment, it might not be suitable for guests who have dog allergies or cannot stand dog hair anywhere. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment. This includes two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a private sauna and a private parking space in the underground garage. Please note that some apartment cabinets contain our belongings and can be locked. We ask that you respect our privacy and do not attempt to access these areas. In addition, our apartment complex features a large courtyard, perfect for kids to play and explore. You are welcome to use this space during your stay, and we hope you will enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
